How do I click and collect?
Go online www.netgear.gi add the items to your basket. When you are ready to check out you will have payment options and delivery options. You can select "Ship" or "Pick Up" as below...
How will I know when my order is ready to pick up?
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.
How long will it take for my order to be ready for collection?
We will prepare it for same day collection for all orders before 3pm.
Can I send someone else to pick my order up?
Yes, as long as they have a copy of the order confirmation email (either on their phone or a print out) we will give them the items.
Without a copy of the order confirmation email we will we will not give your goods to anyone else.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 9.30am to 7pm (5.30pm during Covid lockdown)
Saturday: 9.30am to 2pm
Sundays & Public Holidays: shops closed.
Can I pay in-store rather than online?
Yes, during the online checkout process select "Cash on Delivery" as the payment method. When you come to collect you can pay in cash or by card.
Where do I collect from?
Netgear, Waterport Superstore.
Google Maps Links: Netgear Waterport MAPCome in the shop to the till, let us know your order number and we'll give you your order. If its a big item, we'll even help you load it into your car
Where is the nearest place to park?
Coviran Waterport Supermarket is next door to the shop and there are loading and unloading bays, park here. It's less than 1 minute walk to the shop.
